An edit search, selecting "No vote count", "is more than" and wanting to get edits that have more than none no votes, is no longer possible on beta, specifying "not" or "0" in the edit search is not possible, as neither "null", "NULL", "none", "NONE" nor leaving field blank produces anything other than "Oops! It seems your search parameters are not correct, please double check your input!"
naturally this also for any other "count" selection where you'd expect "0" to denote "there isn't any" as well as cases where you want "more than nothing" (or, "less" I'd assume, but we don't have negative numbered votes, tho possibly in the future searching with "how many up down" "votes" a tag has, etc.)
i.e. http://musicbrainz.org/search/edits?auto_edit_filter=0&order=asc&negation=0&combinator=and&conditions.0.field=editor&conditions.0.operator=%3D&conditions.0.name=Deleted+Editor+%23563581&conditions.0.args.0=563581&conditions.1.field=yes_votes&conditions.1.operator=%3E&conditions.1.args.0=0&conditions.1.args.1=&conditions.2.field=no_votes&conditions.2.operator=%3E&conditions.2.args.0=0&conditions.2.args.1=&field=Please+choose+a+condition
works, but
