Removed artists and recordings referenced from "add medium" and "edit medium" edits are shown as plain black text. These should be marked as removed in the usual way (gray text, dotted underline, explaining tooltip).

Examples: In https://musicbrainz.org/edit/19879521 (add medium), the recordings for tracks 5 and 7 and the artist for track 17 were later merged away and are shown as plain text. In https://musicbrainz.org/edit/15104705 (edit medium), the same applies to the recording for track 1, among others, and the new artist for track 7; in the tracklist, the artist is linked, but the link is broken.
