We're having issues with spammers creating users (and lately, at least one fake event, which is more problematic) with urls of the style "purchase instagram followers". While we probably should update our captchas, it seems likely that these people are doing their spamming manually. I'm not sure what we can do to deal with this, so I'd like to see suggestions on what to do about this.
