Instrument descriptions were useful before instruments became entities. Today, they usually duplicate (without proper attribution) the Wikipedia introduction that is also displayed on the instrument page (e.g. https://musicbrainz.org/instrument/2474c241-d267-433a-a404-688b13c51d11). They also cause unnecessary work for relationship editors (who have to write (or copy-and-paste) the descriptions) and translators (who possibly translate them). We should remove them.

Where instrument descriptions are currently displayed, the Wikipedia extract should be shown instead.
