Query string is not removed from Twitter links

      Clean up ref_src on Twitter links: @AyePatz?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor looks pretty ugly on the sidebar and it's pointless - we should clean that up.

      Do the same for other attributes (lang) and fragments (#...).
