I've noted the following:
When having e.g. a title like "Bring 'Em Down", the helper will lower case the "'Em".

However, AFAIU, it shouldn't be, neither is "'Em" itself part of the list, nor "Them".
So maybe such cases like 'foo, should be ignored unless for names that are on a whitelist of known "good" cases.
