Some entities collect a very large number of relationships, and the pages do take a long time to load. It would be handy to instead have a pagination feature for these.

For example http://musicbrainz.org/url/97fa36ea-1a07-41f1-85c9-afb5a475f627 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/) provides licensing to a lot of stuff. I think there should be a summary at the top (e.g. license for 100 songs, license for 200 releases, etc) when pagination becomes necessary.

As for how pagination is handled, I think having a load more/load all button for each relation would be good, as well as an URL argument like showall=1 if we wanted to see it all without pagination.
