Allow unordered tracklists

It would be nice to have tracklists which had no numbers. Some releases don't really have a track order. Notably: Computer games which include music as playable music files with the installed game; any non-album tracks; singles, especially those from before the idea of an "A-side" and "B-side" really took off; certain other collections, such as http://sites.google.com/site/sxswtorrent/
