Searching for an existing medium to add to a release using a set track count, the results seem to include all mediums for a release if it contains just one with the specified track count. Anyway, the results include lots of mediums with a different track count.

Search I tried:
Release: Violin Concertos (complete)
Artist: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart; Giuliano Carmignola
Track count: 10

In this case, the result I am (obviously) looking for is on the first page (result order varies).
