Can't add new packaging types - ISE

      When trying to add a new packaging type (from https://beta.musicbrainz.org/admin/attributes/ReleasePackaging/create) I get back a "23502 DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: null value in column "gid" violates not-null constraint"
