Fix CPDL URLs matching and clean it up

      Only www.cpdl.org and www3.cdpl.org are currently allowed.

      There exist four mirrors (www0 to www3) which can be accessed from two shorthands (cpdl.org and www.cpdl.org).

      1. Matching regular expression should be fixed to allow for any of the six domains.
      2. CPDL URLs could be normalized to use only one such as cpdl.org
