When I try to submit a large batch of edits via the "edit relationships" screen, I click the "enter edit" button and the button greys out and the "submitting" icon appears for a few seconds but it then reverts to the original "enter edit" screen. When this occurred the last few times, I opened the release in a new tab to check and confirm that the edits were in fact not submitted.
