The report should contain all instruments which are neither linked to a picture directly nor linked to a Wikidata item, since image can be retrieved from Wikidata property “image (P18).

Note: Further improvements for this report could be to deal with cached Wikidata properties to check whether the linked Wikidata item has an image property or not. That might require some adjustments in the caching code.
