Make INSTALL.md more friendly for newcomers

      The server configuration component of installation instructions needs be made more friendly for newcomers as it is not very friendly for them. Many people face stylesheet compilation problems while setting up the server locally.

      Adding some examples of correct server configuration file needs to be added.
