At some point, the artist credits box stops functioning correctly on beta (issue has been around in some form for weeks).  I'm not super clear what is actually happening.

• State of the "Change all artists on this release that match" checkbox gets inverted from what's displayed?
• Artist credits box will refuse to close unless "Change all artists on this release that match" is checked?
• Display of the artist credits of the Medium/Tracklist tab doesn't match what's rendered on the Edit Note preview screen
• After returning to the Medium/Tracklist tab from the Edit Note page, the editor is totally broken.  Artist credit text can no longer be changed (adding any character nearly instantly reverts the artist credit text to before that character), "add artist credit" button doesn't function, etc.
