Expand Bandsintown URL cleanup to remove "www." from entered URLs

      As was detailed in a previous ticket, the Bandsintown autoselect does not work if the prefix "www" is added to the URL. At present the URL cleanup does not remove "www" and if a Bandsintown URL is added with "www" still attached, the system will not recognize it.
