Allow submitting ISRCs when adding a release

      Several artists have asked how to add ISRCs because there's no way to add them while adding the releases, and there's no very obvious place to add them afterwards either (it's not clear at all that you need to click a recording and then edit that). It would be nice to maybe get some way of attaching those from the release editor during creation.
