When you have a Search for Edit which contains a "Type" "is not" "Edit Recording", and click search, the "Edit Recording" does not stay selected.

I have not tested whether the type(s) selected makes a difference or whether the same issue occurs if it is an "is" rather than an "is not" criteria.
