The 'count' attribute is not present in the web service response for iso-3166-1-code-list.

According to bitmap, it is also not present for track-list (sometimes), language-list, iswc-list, secondary-type-list, tag-list, relation-list.

libmusicbrainz parses this attribute, and makes it available to clients. If the attribute is not present in the web service response, the returned value is '0', which incorrectly suggests that no elements were returned.

For consistency, it would be better if all 'list' elements included the count attribute.
