Search for edits by editor age (e.g. new users)

      I want to use https://musicbrainz.org/search/edits to search for edits by new users to look for spam.
      It appears the only way to do that is to use the "applied edit count of editor is less than" predicate.
      But when I do that the query takes too long.
      I think a new/adjusted DB table index would be in order.
