Now that i've come across this situation approx. a dozen times I really think this is an improvement that would be helpful.

Scenario:
Editor adds a duplicate release without the data tracks.
Now that we can't vote for release adds these are autoedits.
Now if I want to merge this duplicate into the existing, I first have to go add that missing data track(s) before merging
This is a lot of extra work to require from an editor for something where we used to be able to just vote no to these bullshit duplicates
