Allow specifying requisites for relationships

      STYLE-646 asks for a © relationship for recordings to be used with videos. It would likely be misused for audio recordings, so it would only make sense to add it if we can restrict it to only recordings with the "video" flag. If we had such an option, we could also restrict relationships like "member of" to only cases where they make sense.
