Some editors add data without providing any meaningful edit notes when they edit, leaving other editors guessing as to where their data came from. In some cases this is a non-issue (e.g. when adding URLs) but in others the data is not readily available and other editors are thereby left in the dark. We currently do not have a specific behavior report option for this; the closest we have is the nebulous "Editor intentionally ignores accepted guidelines."
