As per STYLE-525:

Meeting decision: we should make a report for all releases that have the [has cover art at relationship](https://musicbrainz.org/relationship/2476be45-3090-43b3-a948-a8f972b4065c). Once that's ready, we'll post about it and give people a month or two to import anything they care about, after which we'll just drop all the remaining relationships.
