This is a collection ticket for related changes to improve dates and date ranges for artists. Collected to ease streamlining of these features and to make the more "actionable"

Having the ability for Date ranges for groups would be very useful.
Further being able to make a "years active" as well as labelling dates as "circa" would be very useful especially for old music where we have very little information and might never, see classical, Gregorian, etc.

Following on from that BC dates are a must, since we now can add artists, poetry and works (Vigil, Homer, etc) whose birthdates should be recorded properly. (This will be even more important for BB)
