Handle Ko-fi patronage URLs

      Ko-fi patronage links should be added to the patronage relationship and autoselect/cleanup.

      All usernames on the site seem to just be a random string and don't seem to include any parameter lists.

       

      EDIT:

      It seems like users can also choose their own URLs (https://ko-fi.com/tweetingmouse), but there are still no parameters/related pages etc.
