In the same way it's possible to add a work to an artist (despite it being a relationship), it would make sense to allow adding an event from a place page (if I'm at a place and want to add something that happened there) and possibly also from an artist page (if I want to add a lot of concerts for the same artist from a list for example). The relationship could be unselected or, for place, could default to "held at".
