In my experience, by far most cases where there's stuff in CAA but no front image are actually cases where the editor just forgot to mark Front. It would be good to have a way to find and fix these

If there's fear that this would lead to too many false positives, I'd suggest limiting it to releases where the added CAA doesn't have any types (which might actually show more to fix than just fronts, so might be preferable).
