Manually specifying a series by MBID for an incorrect entity type returns Internal Server Error

      What happened

      I went to edit this release group and add a relationship. I added a relationship ("series of") and manually entered this series by its MBID. The field turned green and I was not aware of an error. I went to save my edit and the internal server error occurred.

      What I expected to happen

      Relationship editor should validate the relationship if given a MBID before allowing the user to save an edit.
