To help emphasize the guidelines for relationships, it'd be helpful and convenient to have a link to the guidelines near the top of the release relationship editor tool.

Currently in that location are explanations for the UI and batch editing. This wouldn't add excessively much information to an existing information area, and is a valuable location and opportunity to remind users of the style guidelines within a pretty powerful bulk editing tool.
