Create data quality icons

      During summit 18 we agreed that Chhavi would create two sets of data quality icons (low, medium, high) for MBS-8625, and then we'll test both sets and see which one seems to fit better.

          This got added eventually just with unicode colorful dots, it seems to work. If we want something else later, we can look into this further.

          Should we discuss in general terms the visual style of these icons before chhavi starts drawing them?

          Personally, for example, I don’t really like the style of icons proposed in MBS-8625, just like any smiley type icons and I have a couple of ideas that I would like to share.

          (Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time to keep track of all the discussions, so I apologize for the question if the Data Quality layout has already been discussed somewhere.)
