I brought up the idea of blocking addition of new CD Stubs during the last weekly meeting (they're basically a black hole but we probably give not-logged-in people the impression they're a good use of their time). There was no clear opposition, so this is probably a thing we should do - no particular hurry though, and we should probably run it through at least another meeting before actually blocking them.
