Allow to link multiple tags to one genre

      Hip hop, hip-hop and hiphop should all be recognized as the same genre. This is probably best left for when genres are stored in the database and actually have an ID for themselves - then some sort of "genre redirect" table could be added for non-preferred versions to redirect somehow to the preferred one.
