Upgraded VM shows all menu vertical and open instead of horizontal and closed

      With the help of the instructions from Chris in https://blog.musicbrainz.org/2016/06/07/server-update-2016-06-06/ I have upgraded the existing VM to the schema #23.

      Replication works fine.

      There is a cosmetical issue with the new menu:
      All menupoints are vertically visible.

      (I assume some CSS is missing or wrong?)

      Could you please have a look before releasing the new official VM?
