Replace the old search server with the new SOLR-based search server

Additionally, it would be nice to build initial index data and put it in the VM rather than bother users with building it for hours. This was not possible with the old indexer which relied on access token.

Changes probably have been committed to https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-docker/ only, the VirtualBox VM is being abandoned.
