Run MusicBrainz Server with musicbrainz user

      Currently, MusicBrainz Server is ran from /musicbrainz-server directory with root user in the container for the musicbrainz service. It should be ran from a more usual directory with musicbrainz user instead.

      See docker/ from MusicBrainz Server for current practices in production: musicbrainz user and installation path in /home/musicbrainz/musicbrainz-server. Even though /opt/musicbrainz-server would be a more standard path, any of these two paths would be an improvement over the current one.
