For JavaScript, it was possible to run Webpack in watch mode from a separate container shell, but this is something everyone wants (in IRC) so it seems worth to enable it by default.

For Perl, only modules loaded dynamically, that is using load_class for example, were reloaded on file change. Modules loaded conventionally were not reloaded. Using plackup -r allows exactly to do that but requires to modify start.sh script.
