musicbrainz docker stuck on port 5000 even with env variable set to something else

      I don't see a way to report a bug for musicbrainz docker, so I posted here per the github issue page.

      I have the variable 

      MUSICBRAINZ_WEB_SERVER_PORT set in the .env file. I ran env against the running container and can verify that it is indeed set to the correct value. However, the server is still opening port 5000. This was not the case before the latest update 2023-10-24. I am unsure what else to check.
