On https://metabrainz.org/signup/noncommercial we allow the user to give us info on how they plan to use our data. That question is vague and should be replaced with:

"Can you please tell us more about the project in which you'd like to use our data? Do you plan to self host the data or use our APIs?"

The max character count should be upped to 500.

And second we want to add a multi-level set of checkboxes where we show the MeB project name at the top level and then on level two, show each of the datasets that are listed on the new dataset page, giving the user the chance to tick which datasets they plan to use.

This data will then need to be stored in a new DB table. Bonus points for showing this data in the user's profile and allowing them to update the data.
