I have this set:

exactly “Blues & The City”

While downloading the TOC of CD1, I entered the phrase “blues and the city” to check.

He couldn’t find such a CD.

However, in a general search there is no problem with replacing “&” and “and”.

Additional information that may help:

 

Two phrases:

“bill haley & his comets”

and

“bill haley and his comets”

both work.
