Right now the support pledge reads:
"If you would like to support us with more than $100, please enter the actual amount here:"

Lets improve that a bit:
1. Use the text w/link "Enter the level of support that you think you should pay. Please refer to our support tiers <link> for more information"
2. Instead of an up/down field, just use a free text field that only allows digits.
