At the moment, going to a page like https://metabrainz.org/payment/eur and trying to set up a recurring payment in Stripe requires an invoice number. This doesn't make much sense; invoice numbers are new every time, so they don't work well with recurring payments.

I discussed with Matthew and lucifer and we think it would make sense to simplify sign up for Bronze level supporters. Ideally, for those who are logged in, we could replace the invoice field with something like "Bronze support - Company name" when they go to this page to set up a recurring payment. This would allow them to easily pay and get receipts while simplifying the paperwork (which in many cases are all that is needed, many don't need a full invoice).

Ideally we'd have a way to avoid someone setting up the payment by mistake before we have had any discussion at all, so maybe the process should be "pending -> discussion -> set to limited -> this allows them to use the recurring payment option -> set to active"?
