We have a donation page where people can make donations. I'd like to also have a page that allows people to make a payment to us. The difference is:

• payments do not show up on the donations page.
• payments should not ask for an editor name, but a MetaBrainz invoice number

The same payment methods should be supported as for making donations. This page does not need to have much visibility – I will tell people about it. A link in the footer should suffice.
