add a small line of easy "select and click" formating over the text-field where you type forum posts

similarly to how the annotation or even the ticet are, except in BBcode obviously.

I am certain that the more troublesome pattern of [url="urlgoes.here"]urlTEXT[/url] is still doable the same way that [urlgoes.here|urlTEXT] is by just selecting the written urlgoes.here urlTEXT segment and have the script do its magic.
