Unfortunately in the wiki, all heading levels below three look the same, and the mediawiki documentation (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Formatting#Level_2 ) says "Skip Level 1, it is page name level."

That leaves two levels for actual use (level 2 and level 3). Please fix this so that we have at least 3, preferably four levels of usable headings.
