Move documentation from Wiki into $new_system (prob. GitHub repository)

      It seems that there is a leaning towards agreement that documentation should be moved out of the wiki and into something else, with a GitHub repository seemingly being the most popular alternative.

      One requirement for however it's done, is that it somehow allows for translations of documents/the documentation.
