When the channel topic is changed, the log only says “TOPIC: (The new topic)”, in the style of an action line. It should indicate who set the new topic; e.g. “foobar changed the topic: (The new topic)”. The style should be different from action lines so that noone can make it appear like they changed the topic when they didn’t (by writing “/me changed the topic: Foo Bar” or similar).
