Seeing as development on BotBot has seemingly come to a halt and we've started to converge quite a bit both in front-end branding as well as in back-end features, I suggest that we move our botbot-web and botbot-plugins repositories to non-forked brainzbot-web and brainzbot-plugins repositories.

For now we can probably continue to use botbot-bot as we haven't even forked that repository and it does it's job pretty well.

Once we do this we can host our own, updated documentation using readthedocs.
