Currently the link to report an error on e.g. ISE pages barely includes any details.
It's just a URL and (emtpy) referrer:

Instead of asking the user to copy-paste the error, which can screw up the formatting if not using the preformatted option, it would be much more helpful if the ticket form was prefilled with the actual error text.
