Something looks really screwed up regarding the Picard Docs translations on WebLate. I just noticed that the website is showing a great number of translations at or near completion in many different languages. https://github.com/metabrainz/picard-docs#current-translation-progress

I logged into WebLate to check and on the summary page it shows the same thing. https://translations.metabrainz.org/projects/picard-docs/

However, when you select one of the nearly complete languages (such as Japanese), it shows little or no strings have actually been translated.

Also, most of the languages shown don't even have PO files on the repo.

My concern is that this may make it difficult (or impossible) for contributors to actually process translations for the Picard Docs project.
